VIEWING 
11am-4pm   We operate an open door policy and appointments are not necessary inside the visiting hours. Please be aware that we are more than happy to show you around the club, we are very proud of our standards, but there may be a short delay, whilst we attend a dog or finish a kennel. You will be asked to wait in the reception area where a television and literature is provided for your use. 


DROP OFFS AND PICK UPS
Monday to Saturday  9am-6pm
Sunday 11am to 4pm  
Any other time strictly by appointment.

For safety all dogs must arrive on a lead that is securely fastened. Should a dog have aggressive tendencies a muzzle should also be worn.

INSURANCE
Every boarder is fully insured against illness and injury during its stay at the Club (pre-existing conditions are not covered).  A vet will be called out to any boarder that we have doubts about and the vet’s instructions will be followed including staying at the veterinary practice if necessary. Our first interest is the well being of all of our boarders.

VACCINATIONS AND HEALTH
The Animal Boarding Establishment Act 1963 requires that a current vaccination certificate must accompany every boarder on the day of its arrival; any boarder without a vaccination certificate will be refused boarding.  We do not insist that dogs are vaccinated against Bordetella bronchiseptica (kennel cough) please consult your vet for advice.  Please make sure that all boarders have been wormed and treated for fleas on a regular basis. Any boarder found to have worms or fleas will be treated and the cost added to the boarding fee.

Owners warrant that any dog left for boarding is fit, sound and healthy and does not have aggressive tendencies towards, people or animals (unless the kennels have been made previously aware of any existing condition or aggressiveness)

BOARDING RATES 
Rates are levied from the date of arrival 1.pm to the morning of departure 12am any dog collected after 12am will be charged for an extra night (at the kennels discretion). Once a booking is made a place is held for that dog for the arranged dates.  Should this need to be cancelled then this must be done a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the date of arrival in writing.  Failure to comply will result in 50% of the agreed fee being charged. Should no notification be given then the full payment will be invoiced.  A fee of £30 or 20% whichever is the greater will be asked for at the time of the booking, this fee is un-refundable.  All payments to be made by cash or cheque.  A £20 levy will be charged for any returned cheques.

ABANDONED DOGS  
The Canine Country Club reserve the right to dispose of the animal concerned if it is not collected within 14 days of the agreed collection date unless prior arrangement has been reached.  Owners will remain liable for full fees up to such time as the dog/s have been successfully re-homed or disposed of.

COLLECTION  
Any representative appointed to collect the dog other than the owner must bring proof of identity, full boarding payment and have a signed letter from the owner.  Please notify the kennels in advance if you can not collect your dog/s in person.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS  
Any vehicle parked on the premises is parked at the sole risk of the owner regardless of how any damage occurred. The Canine Country Club cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal  belongings or medication, however caused whilst on the premises, all toys, leads, bedding, collars etc are left at the owners risk.

SHARED KENNELS
Dogs from the same home/family can share a kennel, (the owner will be asked to sign a document to say that they agree to this) and a discount will be applied.  If there is any sign of distress in any of the dogs in a shared kennel, they will then be boarded separately and charged for at the standard rate.
